  1. you can roll two dice and then subtract 2 from it to get 0 through 10 or you can usually buy 10 sided dice at game stores

  6. you could use dominoes! they have set that have dubble 9 only thing missing would be 100. they also make a 10 sided die that is number 0-9. it's pretty cool not very costly. we have one that has a little one inside the big one that we use for fast mental math. my so ready likes it and he is much quicker than I at saying the answer! I found my at a teacher's store!
